Efficiency, cleanliness and zero residue in just a few seconds
In this new video created in our laboratories, we want to show you close up one of the most fascinating phenomena in sustainable chemistry:
A water-soluble ECOMAVI polymer and water.
How does water solubility manifest itself upon first contact?
Many ask: “Does it really disappear?” The answer is in the video.
By carefully observing the first moments the material touches the surface of the liquid, you can notice three distinct phases that define the superior quality of ECOMAVI products:
1. Immediate Activation:
As soon as the film touches the water, it doesn’t float inertly like traditional plastic. The molecular structure begins to “relax” instantly. The edges soften, and the material begins to lose its original structure.
2.The Gelation Phase:
In a few moments, the solid film transforms into a sort of transparent, fluid gel. This indicates that the polymer bonds
are breaking properly, allowing water to penetrate every single molecule.
3. Total Dissolution:
The material completely dissolves in water, becoming a clear liquid solution.
Why is this important?
Seeing the packaging “disappear” is tangible proof that we are eliminating the concept of waste at its source.
This technology is ideal for packaging pigments, agrochemicals, hygienic linen management in the hospital sector, and much more.
