During K2025 in Düsseldorf, the triennial trade fair dedicated to the rubber and plastics industry, a networking event focused on women in the sector will take place on Sunday, October 12, 2025. Titled “By Women for Women: Shaping the Industry Together”, the event aims to bring together female professionals from across the industry. “The plastics and rubber industry is still heavily male-dominated,” explain the event organizers. “Women in managerial positions are rare, and as a result, valuable potential often goes untapped.” This is the driving force behind the idea to gather during one of the industry’s most prominent trade fairs.
